Question : My mother 58 yrs old has loosemotions and vomiting and she had one dose of Pan40, ondem MD 4 and rinifol capsule...But now in.midnight she is uncomfortable with stomach pain. So can I give her flexon tablet (containing ibuprofen 400 mg and paracetamol 500 mg) for relief till I revisit the doctor in morning?

Brief Answer: Flexon can be given Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Dear XXXX The pain in abdomen in case of your mother is likely to be spasmodic pain due to intestinal colic which is quite common in individual having loose motion. Flexon can be safely be given, bit the relief in pain will not be much. Your mother requires an antispasmodic drug like Spasmoproxyvon or Buscopan which will relieve the spasm and will provide the much needed relief.
