Brief Answer:
not seems to be serious issue , provide more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Abdominal pain with vomiting , fever may be of concern. Periumbilical pain is usually associated with appendicitis if associated with vomiting, fever , constipation.
Other causes of abdominal pain depends upon the exact location of pain and nature of pain.
For constipation you can take fibrous roughage, fluids. If needed can take stool softeners also.
Mild headache with no vomiting, fever , diplopia ,photophobia may be stress related.
You should consult a physician or gastroentrologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Treatment depends upon symptoms and species of staphylococcus

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
Sputum culture showing staphylococcus may be commensal or pathological depending upon the species.
It doesn't produce gas as it is not anaerobic bacteria.
Treatment may depend upon the symptoms related to infection.
In upper respiratory infection levofloxacin, azithromycin, amoxycillin may be used.
For microfilaria the treatment depends upon the presentation.
How was it detected in you and what are the symptoms at present? Any swelling in limb.
Discuss about the repetition required for microfilaria with your treating physician.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back for further query with details.

Thank you so much sir, Microfilaria was detected through blood test. I don't have swelling limb but i sometimes feel my pain in my legs, ribs cage, numbness, finger tingling when i tough my laptop inner mouse and also when using my phone because i prefer using phones with screen touch. Do you think all this could cause constipation, stingy and thin stool as well.

Brief Answer:
no need to repeat banocide

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I don't think you need to repeat banocide.
The cause of constipation may be diet related.
You should take adequate fluids, stool softeners and roughage in diet.
