                                            more likely due to gastritis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through your detail posted with diligence. You have history of lower middle abdomen pain along with nausea and urge to pass stool. You have history of coronary artery disease and are on aspirin (started recently). You have an ICD (?Intercostal Drainage) and on dialysis.
Now based on these details, I feel the current symptoms of pain as well as nausea and increased stool could be related to gastritis. Gastritis doesn't typically present with lower middle abdomen pain, however in the back ground of aspirin use as well as other associated symptoms I consider gastritis as likely. I would suggest you try a proton pump inhibitor drugs like prilosec OTC once a day before breakfast for 2 weeks. Gastritis should get better with this treatment. If you don't feel better with 2 weeks of treatment, you should plan to visit your doctor.
The second most likely possibility is intestinal infection / colitis. But I will consider this only if you don't get better with above mentioned treatment.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
