Brief Answer:
Nothing to freak out, need further investigations..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and advise to relax as you do not have anything to freak out. All your symptoms are indicative for possible:
- gastritis
- cholecyst inflammation/sludge

Further investigations are needed to determine the right cause:
- abdominal ultrasound
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- culture of stood
- liver/kidney/pancreas function tests

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- eat often, small portions and chew up slowly
- start taking nexium again with antacids
- avoid chilly/spicy/oily foods
- avoid caffeinated/carbonated drinks
- drink more water
- take simethicone for bloating

Once again, you should schedule an appointment with GI specialist in order to:
- run the above-mentioned diagnostic tests
- start taking prescription medicines (antibiotics, and buscopan)

Wish fast recovery! If anything unclear, do not hesitate to write me back!
