Brief Answer:
Ultrasound abdomen suggested.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks and welcome to HCM,
Abdominal pain in a child of seven year can can occur due to organomegaly or a growth.
I suggest to get some investigations like ultrasound abdomen.
Further management can be planned once ultrasound of abdomen is performed.
A positive Widal or a positive STH test may be related or unrelated to abdominal pain,
Get the investigations done for furrher work up.
Thanks
