Brief Answer:
Acute gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms are very clear that you have gastritis. The factors that contribute to this are already known to you spicy food, smoking and alcohol with snacks.
You should stop consuming spicy foods initially for a month and gradually check what is the level of spiciness your stomach can resist.
Actually you are taking Omez which is a good medicine to continue for 15 days on empty stomach early in the morning.
Whenever you have severe pain you can take Sy MUCAINE gel 2 tsp that can immediately relieve the pain.
The BP is on a higher side and has to be worked because of smoking and alcohol though occasionally. The fasting blood sugar is just fine.
Take care of the above things and soon you would feel fine.

Brief Answer:
Normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is sometimes normal to find white thin layer on the head of penis because of local mucus secreting cells.
If you do not have pus discharge or redness or pain or stinking thing you can leave it to heal on their own.
Most problems cure with CANDID lotion which works effectively. If it is not clearing then it is a normal thing to have.
Just wash the area with warm water and normal soap daily.
Hope this helps. If you do not have any more questions please close and rate my answer.
