Brief Answer:
ultrasound examination to determine the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can completely understand your concerns.

Pain in abdomen in 6th month of pregnancy should not be taken lightly as she has already sustained a trauma.

As she has no bleeding or leaking from vagina, I think pregnancy should be safe.

However, an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis is must to know the condition of fetus.
This will also rule out other common causes of abdominal pain like renal stone, appendix etc.

You have mentioned that she feels kick of baby. This is a good sign and indicates that baby is fine.

Your Gynecologist will examine and rule out that this is not a preterm labout pain.

Treatment will depend on the cause.

Hope this helps.
Kindly keep me updated about what your Gynecologist suggests.

I wish speedy recovery.
Take care.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
should go for ultrasound to rule out any pathology.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Does she feel pain when baby 's move or other times also?

Some women has little pain with baby's movement. It is normal.

If she is experiencing pain other times ,then i advice that you should consult your Gynecologist as soon as possible.

And should get done ultrasound to rule out any clots behind the placenta as she had history of trauma.

Hope it helps.

I wish a good health for both mother and baby.

Thanks
