What Causes Abdominal Pain, Light Headedness, Fatigue And Dizziness?
Question: hi, yesterday and today i have been experiencing a dull achy pain in my abdomen. i get light headed and dizzy a little before the pain comes on. and then i have it off and on all day. i am always tired but today i just more so. i do have an IUD. please any advice would be helpful

and my appetite is down as well. this started last night
hi, as far as i know im not pregnant. i have the mirena insert. i had my gall bladder and appendix removed. the pain is in my upper abdomen and sometimes goes down to my belly button and back up. the pain is is right below my sternum. i have diarrhea in the morning but by afternoon its ok. im not bleeding. i have some nausea but it comes and goes. i drink about 5 bottles of water a day cuz i have a history of UTIs. i dont have a fever. my hands are dry
