Question : Hii sir I am 30 years old male. From last 2 months I am suffering from abdominal pain in a day.some time have mucus and blood twice a month. My stool is always semi liquid and gassy. All my test cbc hbsag esr stool test ultrasound all come normal.medicine recommended by doctor don't help too. Sir can u please suggest me something..

Proctoscopy not done.
I am eating curd and fruits in breakfast now before was having milk and bread omlete.in lunch and dinner sabji with chapatis sometime chicken in dinner but not having non veg now.in evening have bread with egg and coffee before but not anymore doctor ask not to take milk.
Street food once in week before.
I work in bank and I sit alot. From 10 to 5 I have less time to stand. I dont travel a lot but All this problem started after coming from bangkok last week of feb.
I Dont take tea. I don't smoke or eat gutka. I drink alcohal once a month

Dear,Please give details-if the pain is on left or right side/ in upper or lower quadrant of abdomen?
Is the pain with sharp,colicky or dull ache type ?
Is there any acid reflux with chest burning?
How long you were there in bangkok?Was it vacation travel tour/or a job-work related tour?
Was any upper GI endoscopy was done before esophag 40 was given to You?
Do you have any painless bleeding piles swelling in the anus? You should be having piles,for which dafflon capsule are given to You.
After getting this information, further suggestions would be given.

Pain is in left upper abdomen and some times down.feel heavy XXXXXXX when I sit on left side of abdomen.pain not frequently.
I have acidity problem sometime in morning.
I went to bangkok for vacation for a week.
No endoscopy done before giving esofag
I don't have bleeding piles problem.
These symptoms of blood and mucus and pain occur after 2 week coming from bangkok

Read and reviewed the updates in context of your daily abdominal pain with blood / mucus 2 times a month,with semi-liquid stool and abdominal gases.

My Opinion- and Comments-
In view of the details submitted,You seem to suffer from -IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome) with resultant GERD(GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease)

The Problem is with the current diet schedule in view of the IBS you have.
Consult GI Specialist to investigate on following lines.
Bangkok trip has imbibed food induced infections, which is the cause of-Entero-Colitis with Reflux acidity in your case.

Do' Suggested-
Stop-Dafflon-not indicated in this scenario-as no piles are confirmed from you.
But confirm with your doctor before it.
Consult GI Physician and get stool ova/cyst test done
Change the diet and life style-to Bland diet with rice and banana /with Yoghurt and butter milk-x 2 weeks.
Add Anti-biotic-with antiprotozoal-like Ciplox OZ- 2 per d(scripts to be taken from family doctor)
Continue Esofag with domeperidone-x 2 weeks
Add anti-spasmodics- like Dicyclominex 1 week
Add Sporlac-to corrrect disturbed bacterial bowel flora-from bangkok food.
Add Multivitamins -like Zincovit / Tab Folic acid /Tab Vit B12-1500 mcgm-sublingual, to correct Malabsorption over last 2-4 weeks.
Add 30 minutes walk daily
Avoid street food and spicy food x 4 weeks.
Avoid alcohol,but can take with doctors advise,to avoid interaction with medicines
This changed diet and lifestyle
