Brief Answer:
Ultrasound examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Lorraine,
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

I have also gone your queries with other doctors here.
You have been suffering from severe trichomoniasis which has not been responding to drugs.

Pain at the end of urination can be due to bladder pathology or it can be trichomoniasis in your case.

I would suggest you to go for ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.

Also, as you are not responding to oral antibiotics, intravenous antibiotics can be given.

Kindly discuss this with your doctor.

Hope this helps.
Wish you speedy recovery.
Thanks.
