Question : I recently started taking Dyazide. That's within the last couple weeks. I am currently experiencing severe abdominal pain it started several weeks ago as a very slight but has increased substantially in the last few days. Right now my pain level is 6 to 7 considering going to the ER . Could this be because of the Dyazide

These are some of the Gastrointestinal side effects of Dyazide: jaundice and/or liver enzyme abnormalities, pancreatitis, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain.

So yes, Dyazide may give the pain you have, but the problem may be any of the above. I will also recommend going to the ER so they can see what is going on.
