Question : I am going through an abortion right now. Last night I took a dose of 400mcg of misoprostol. The bleeding is very heavy. Plus there are clots too. Too much abdominal pain along with it. Can I take meftal spas to reduce the pain?

It is dangerous and life threatening to take misoprostol without ultrasound scan to locate the site and size of pregnancy.

I suggest you get an ultrasound scan done immediately for locating pregnancy. Meanwhile you can take an antacid and meftal spas.
