Brief Answer:
Could be due to GERD

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have carefully gone through your query and understand your concerns. Some children are more prone to catching cold and may get adenoid enlargement. Antiallergics and nasal decongestants sometimes offer some relief. However the abdominal pain seems unrelated. It could be due to some simple causes like gastroesophageal reflux or could be due to much serious abdominal pathology. The exact nature and location of the pain is very important and can be determined only after a proper clinical examination. I therefore request you to vist a doctor and to get her evaluated. Treatment will depend upon the underlying cause.

Since the CBC is normal, it can be assumed that she does not have a bacterial infection. LFT rules out a liver cause. USG does not show any structural abnormalities. In such a case gastroesophageal reflux or gastritis seems more likely to be the cause of the pain.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
