I had utis in the past which felt like this pressure I'm having by my belly button. the other day I peed and I had a little blood clot in my urine nothing else. now I wipe and there's blood and little clots nothing in urine. could this my period or can this be something else? usually my period just starts and doesn't happen like this

Brief Answer:
It could be menstural bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your history ,and it seems it could be period bleeding. As some time it happens and just scanty blood comes. To confirm ,you may get ultrasound done to evaluate the mensturating endometrial (uterine wall) . Though for irregular period ,I would suggest to get blood estrogen and progesterone level (for hormonal problem) and ultrasound (for ovarian cyst )done to know the cause of irregular period.Since hormonal problem and ovarian cystic problem are common problems which can be the factors of irregular period and can be treated accordingly.

Hopefully i answered your question, please feel free to ask further anytime. And let me know ,if I need to clarify more.

it's stopped pretty much now. I should mention I only have one ovary due to a teratoma cyst. I'm just worried

Brief Answer:
Avoid stress.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Dear ,I would suggest to avoid stress and dont worry. Even stress and anxiety can cause irregular periods inspite of everything normal.
As I have gone through your previous history,it seems that you have had gone through different investigations and even your CT scan came normal.
But to clear the doubt you may get blood estrogen and progesterone levels done to know the cause of irregular periods. And may also get ultrasound done to evaluate the other ovary, so it can be treated accordingly.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull for you.You may ask further without hesitation.
Wish you best of health.
