Brief Answer:

A bladder infection can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Do you have any burning while urinating, frequent urinating, fever?
Lower abdominal pain is usually caused by a bladder infection.

Pregnancy can cause such symptoms as well. If the pain radiates to the back, a kidney infection can be the case.

I suggest you consult your doctor. Blood work and abdominal ultrasound should be done at first.

You should also consult a gynaecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

Please consult a gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As you have had a tubal ligation, it may lead to cysts or adhesions. It would be good to have it checked by a gynaecologist.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
