Question : I am 65 and I have been sick at my stomach and it really hurts all over I can't describe the pail it just hurts I fell better for about 20 minutes the it all returns I have been experinceing these symptoms for 3 months

at the beginning I did vomit I thought I had a virus but it has lasted so long the pain is from ribcage to pubic area it does radiate pain is constant no belch or blood in stool no weight loss appitite seems almost normal a little less

Brief Answer: inflammation in your abdomen Detailed Answer: Hi, You are probably having some inflammation in your abdomen. it could be anything from focal cholecystitis to diffuse peritoneal or mesenteric inflammation. I believe you need an ultrasonogram of abdomen for localizing the pain. Constant pain for more than 3 months in your age is no casual thing, and i strongly recommend you to visit a general surgeon. Meanwhile, take food in little quantities, avoid heavy, hot and spicy items. you may also try an antacid like omeprazole 20 mg. Wishing you a speedy recovery. All the best.

I also have migraines and fatigue I am seeing pain mangement dr using accpuncture since I had car wreck 1 1/2 yrs ago I have diarreha for a few days then constipation also when I drink water it really causes alot of pain
