Question : Hi,

I have a very tender swollen stomach all over, and a smelly disharge coming from my belly button and also extreme back pain on my right side. Do I need to make a doctors appointment or will this go away?

Smelly discharge from belly button is a common sign of urachus - connection between belly button and a bladder. Such connection can lead to reccuring bladder and kidney infections. Back pain and abdominal pain are typical kidney infection symptoms.
