Brief Answer:
You must have diagnostic ascitic tap

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. You seem like a very determined person and the way you have dealt with all these illnesses without giving up show your determination.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are having ascites that is free fluid in the abdomen. Now just by concentrating to remove it with diuretic medications like lasix or spironolactone is not enough. Cause of this ascites is also very important. In your case kidney disease or heart disease may be the cause but still in such conditions it is recommended to get a diagnostic ascitic tap and to send the sample for labortary evaluation for protiens, albumin content, atypical cells and cultures. It helps to manage it according to the cause later. Meanwhile keep salt intake minimal and take maximal rest as such measures reduce abdominal fluid spillage. The dose of lasix can even be raised upto 160mg per day if needed and another such diuretic medicine which causes sheding of this extra water in urine is aldactone which can also be added after discussing with your GP and if your BP and electrolytes allow.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards
