What Causes Abdominal Tightness And Vaginal Pain During 36th Week Of Pregnancy?

Question: My wife is 36 weeks pregnant,baby is in head down position and nowadays often she is getting tightening around belly button area with stabbing and sharp pain at vagina (hope cervix). And occasionally getting odourless white discharge too after feeling some pressure in vaginal area.so what would be the reason.
And she is doing squatting and pelvic tilt exercise,is it safe to do now
