Brief Answer:
A comprehensive evaluation of arrhythmia is necessary.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

I would explain that, if PVCs are persistently such frequent then , arrhythmia seems to be quantitatively important. Judging from some separated moment would bring to wrong conclusions. That's why Holter monitoring is necessary to review for a better view of arrhythmia clinical importance. Please, could you upload his Holter results for a direct review?

If arrhythmia is concluded to be clinically significant, and other causes are excluded (ischemic, myocardial hypertrophy, etc), then an electro-physiological study should be performed to identify possible arrhythmogenic foci, and possibly treat them (cardiac ablation).

You need to discuss with his attending cardiologist about this issue.

Hope to have been helpful!

I remain at your disposal, if you have further uncertainties! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
