Question: Lmp was 1/14/15. My period was 3 days late, neg pregnancy test. then 1 day of light bleeding and 3 of very light spotting. This is not a normal cycle by any means. I took a FRE test again as I am tired, nauseous and a bit crampy. There was a light positive that disapperd at the very end of the 3 min wait window. Is it possible i may be pregnant? I am concerned mostly because I had a tubal 2 years ago.

You had a less than normal period. The slight faded line that disappeared after 3 minutes is not suggestive of pregnancy. Still to be very sure you can get your serum beta HCG levels evaluated or repeat the test after a few days.
The feeling of tiredness and nausea are all non specific symptoms and can be due to gastric upset.
