Question : Hi doctor, needed Advice on my Child Teeth , As she turned 6 years now she lost front end teeth and i have seen new teeth coming with abnormal shape. Please suggest how can we correct this

The permanent teeth will erupt in a abnormal way this abnormal path of eruption is common, once the tooth erupts completely, then the size of the tooth can be seen completely, later we can decide whether it is having normal shape or not.
