Question : I did 3 days a week a stool exam & it was very normal . But what is that ?
I ate watermelon & tomato yesterday .

I have seen the photograph sent by you and noted your concern.
I don't think there is anything to worry regarding this.
It simly seems to be tomato skin smeared with stool.
Just forget it and relax.
