Brief Answer:
probably the plan B

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The plan B is a fairly large dose of hormones and can cause irregular bleeding so that is probably the cause.
Your periods should get back to normal in a few months.
If the bleeding is severe of if your periods do not get back to normal in a few months then see your doctor for an evaluation.
If you miss a period take a pregnancy test.
Consider getting a form of birth control that will protect you without causing this type of irregular bleeding
