Question : This is the second time i notice spotting only when i wipe. I keep getting headaches and also having lower backaches, and a stuff nose only at night what could be wrong?

Possibility of implantation bleeding

Hi.

I read your concerns.

There are 2 possibilities:

1) This could be implantation bleeding.

2) Second possibility is that this could be preponed early period due to the ill health you are suffering. Stress leads to early periods . Let me know if you have stress.

3) Physical stress like cold and also headache lead to early periods.

4) I suggest wait for a weeks and do serum beta hCG blood test to check if you are pregnant.
