There are 2 important sub groups of the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that high lipid levels in blood is known as HYPERLIPIDEMIA.

The causes of the same has been divided into Two main groups.
A. Primary Hyperlipidemia also called, Hereditary/Familial Hyperlipidemias: It occurs due to a mutation in the subset of genes and is usually hereditary.

As you are young and eat healthy, not overweight so this could be the probable cause in your case.

B. Secondary Hyperlipidemias: This includes four D's which are; 1.diet 2. drugs 3. disorders of metabolism, and 4. diseases

These are the important causes of hyperlipidemias. I hope this information will answer your query.
