Brief Answer:
No treatment, if asymptomatic.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
I suppose, if your all tests are done and they are normal, and you have no symptoms related to Low pulse rate, then you will be classified as having "Asymptomatic Sinus Bradycardia".

This doesn't require any treatment. Sinus bradycardia can be present in otherwise normal individuals and in athletes.

Sinus bradycardia may also be related to metabolic abnormalities, including hypothermia and myxedema, hypothyroidism. So, i suppose, your thyroid evaluation must have been done and it shows no abnormality.

In cases where sinus bradycardia is so extreme causing syncope, congestive heart failure (CHF), angina pectoris , then it should be treated with pacemakers.

In my opinion you should undergo holter monitoring study to see for any evidence of Ventricular ectopics or arrhythmia's if any you are getting.

If your holter is normal, and you are asymptomatic, then no homeopathic , allopathic or any pacemaker treatment is indicated.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
