Question : HI SIR/MAM,

Please suggest me as my wife is pregnent 42 days . As my wife has yesterday one tablet take of gestapro kit but still not today any pain and bleeding and also suggst me when take she next 2 tablet. Plase guide us on detail for this issue me on urgent.

Hello

I understand you wish to have instructions about terminating pregnancy.

I would like you to get ultrasound scan to identify if there is ectopic pregnancy. This will be life threatening if there is ectopic pregnancy and gestapro is taken.

After ultrasound scan , in my patients, remaining tablet misoprostol would be inserted vaginally after 48 hours of taking first tablet mifepristone.

I advice you to take these medicines under supervision of your gynecologist.
