Brief Answer:
This may not be the cause for your headache.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Ear wax protects the ear canal and ear drum. Absence of ear wax could cause dry and itchy ears. Absence of ear wax may not be the cause for your headache.
I recommend the following.
1) If you have dry and itchy ears you can use a drop of sterile olive oil to apply to external ear canal to prevent dryness.
Don't use unsterile drops and don't use if there is any ear drum damage.
2) Analgesic like tablet diclofinac for your headache.
3) Clinical examination by gp to find the cause for headache.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
