Question : I sir from past six months I am unable produce sperm when I masterbate am very much afraid can u help me out..

Well i can understand your concern.
As an Urologist, i must advise you, have a check-up with a qualified Urologist.
There are several causes for absence of semen or sperms after masturbation.
After carrying out a proper local examination of your genitalia, an Urologist, will then carry out blood hormone tests , with repeat semen test, after 2 days without sex or intercourse. Also an ultrasound prostate -TRUS( trans rectal ultrasound scan), to know cause for semen / sperm absence, if needed. Depending on reports, he/she will advise you further treatment.
