Question : Hello Doctor,
I hope I am overreacting, but we moved from Germany to Poland yesterday. My 2.8 year old daughter has not urinated whole night (in sleep for 6 hours now). This is not usual. She was fine till going to bed / urinated properly.

please advise if I need to so something/ check with local doctor/ give some medicine.

Do not be worried. Sometimes children may no pass urine overnight.

I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure good intake of fluids: Preferably plain water
2. Make her stand under the tap, run cold water over her feet. This will usually make children pass urine.
