Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. Your symptoms may be caused by GERD (gastroesopphageal reflux disease) what is most probable. In some cases, when typical treatment does not help, other issues should be considered like peptic ulcer, stomach inflammation and Helicobacter Pylori infection. Do not know what Albantzul is (can find such medicine). What you should take is Omeprasole 20 mg or other PPIs (proton pump inhibitor). You should also avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, orange juices. Do not eat 2 hours before sleeping. If such treatment wont give any relief, please visit your doctor and have gastroscopy done. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards
