What is the duration of these lesions?
Are you having any pain or itching on the lesion?

What is the duration of these lesions? - around 5 days now
Are you having any pain or itching on the lesion? - no
Did you use or apply anything new on this area? - not specifically in this area. but i recently bought a lip balm and a BB crème. Lip balm i used all over the lips and BB crème all over the face.
Are these solid bumps or fluid filled? - solid bumps
Is this the first episode? - yes

Either eczematous patch or wart

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be either an eczematous patch or a wart.
I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on this patch twice daily 7-10 days.
If it doesn't show improvement in a week's time consult a dermatologist and get it examined clinically.
