Brief Answer:
Need more information from you and would like to do a few lab test

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr.kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted you concern.

Acne particularly in lower face distribution in females, is commonly due to hormonal disturbance, therefore I would like to know..

Do you have any irregularity in menstural cycles?
Do you have any problem with coarse facial hair?
Do you have a history of increased hair shedding and thinning of scalp hair?

I would suggest a few investigations like S. FSH levels, S. Testosterone levels, S. DHEAS levels. You can go for these blood tests in first 2-5 days of mensrural cycle. I would also suggest a pelvic ultrasound to look for cystic ovaries.

Brief Answer:
topical and oral treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I suggest you to take a capsule of doxycycline (Microdox -LBX 100 mg), twice daily. In addition you may apply topical clindamycin+benzoyl peroxide gel (Clindoxyl gel) on active acne.
If I was the treating doctor I would reconsider starting you on monthly hormonal pills e.g diane 35 or dianette 35 and connitue it for a longer duration i.e 1 year

Regards
