Question : Hi Doctor. My girlfriend took postinor pill after 25 hours and 2 nd pill after 12 hours later. Now it seems there's an acene on her face redish. Is it something serious. What should be done to get rid of it. We We're using protection. But for the slightest doubt took it.

Postinor -2 containing levonorgesterol in high dosage.

Acne is a side effect of postinor due to hormonal imbalance( as she had 2 pill in one cycle).

No there is no need to worry, it is only a side effect of pill and subside within a week.
