What Causes Acute Back Pain With Vomiting While Having Kidney Stones?

After 10 days in the hospital (6 on life support), my muscles had atrophied. I could not walk. Without trying to build me up they released me from the hospital. I was wobbling and since returning home fell because my legs could not hold me up. My throat was raw from being incubated. Just the XXXXXXX running down my throat forced me to chock and cough I could not swallow. I am still too week to ambulate on my own without assistance.

Yes, this is very standard protocol to give medications, first to relieve the pain. If the patient is not comfortable, it is also not possible to undergo some of the tests like ultrasonography and CT scan.
Once the cause of the pain is found, pain medications should be given in the dosages as to relieve the pain as much as possible.
Although there are some cases where the control of pain is always a problem for us.
For example:
The pains of impacted stone in the ureter
Tooth ache due to infection
Some fractures
