Question : hi, .
From past few days I (41yrs)am suffering from acute kind of pain, exactly in the centre of my heart bone. I have observed that it tiggers in situations such as crowded local trains, bending down yo pickup something etc. It takes some tike to vanish but gets activated in a spurt of a moment. Please Diagnose and advise appropriate treatment. thanks

Brief Answer:
you should get ECG done
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Basically from your history it appears that it is either muscular or bony pain. You may take simple analgesic like Tab.Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for a day or two. If your pain is persistent you should consult a physician and get ECG done. Depending upon reports you may need further work up.
My best wishes
