What Causes Acute Pain Under The Nipple?

Question: I am having acute burning soreness under the left nipple. I can barely touch the area. I am a 67 year old white female with a 4 way CABG (2002), COPD, right bundle branch block, and HTN. I need to know if I am in trouble with these symptoms.
