Question : Being treated with Forecox 2 tab once daily since last seven days. Side affects are acute tiredness with poor appetite & headache.
Please help.

Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Forecox (Isoniazid/INH) has the following side effects.Hepatotoxicity, including elevated serum transaminase levels, bilirubinemia, bilirubinuria, jaundice. Tiredness,poor appetite may be due to INH induced hepatitis. Please check serum blirubin,SGOT & SGPT levels. Also I would suggest you to take Vit B6 supplementation too as it will help in certain side effects of the drug.
