Question: Last Monday night, after a very stressful day, I took a couple shots to relax then made had a glass of 70proof vodka. Feeling back & neck spasm I to my 10mg dose of Cyclobenzaprine and sat down to watch movie with my wife. That is about all I remember, however my wife indicated I became extremely agitated and verbally abusive and then she said I smacked her when she was trying to calm me down. I remember none of this! Is this type of behavior a legitimate possibility? I really need to know because I have 3 kids!

I can understand your concern.

The complaints that your wife reported are suggestive of post intoxication behavioural problems, blackouts, etc.
The most possible explanation to it is an acute rise in the blood alcohol levels. The blood alcohol levels tends to shoot up rapidly when alcohol is consumed on empty stomach(did you?), if consumed rapidly, and when under a stressed out state.
Co intake of muscle relaxant like cyclobenzaprine could have resulted in further more increase in the blood alcohol levels, as certain drugs then to inhibit metabolism of other drugs. Moreover alcohol tends to interact frequently with other other.

This explains a heavy intoxication like state despite of not much alcohol intake by you.

My suggestion are
no need to worry as you can consider it as a bad alcohol experience.
You need to consider few cautions for future drinking as you should avoid use of concomitant drugs while using alcohol, not to drink on empty stomach, drink slowly, eat while you drink and check the quantity.
I suppose there are no active complaints present. In case of which i would suggest to see a local physician if required.

Hope you find my advice useful.
