Take treatment for allergic dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the attached pictures.
You surely have developed an allergic dermatitis over your hands.
You have been rightly prescribed oral anti allergics along with topical steroid lotion .
So you should start the treatment right away.
Do not apply things like dettol or savlon over the hands.
Also avoid application of any other oil or creams over hands .
I am sure the allergy will get better soon.

I'm travelling next, was wondering if it is contagious and what are the precautions that are to be taken, also would like to know if i need to follow a particular diet?
My blisters are hurting a bit, more so when i close my fist, considering the severity how much time do you think it would take to heal.
Would also like to know if it is a serious case.
Regards,

Precautions to be taken
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your problem is surely not contagious.
Once you start treatment ,you will surely see positive results in three to five days .
There is no role of diet in this problem .
The only thing is that you need to be cautious and avoid using or handling irritants like dettol ,savlon, things like mustard oil or any other oils or chemicals .
Also avoid contact with detergents and utensil cleansers .
