Brief Answer:
Follow up and monitoring by electrophysiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As your doctor said it looks like age related changes have started creating symptoms. Most of the adults have compensation to these. However you heart and brain are not trying to compensate for your body needs. It is also important to see the doctor with MRI and check the changes.

I think it is still better to follow up with your cardiologist and specialist electrophysiologist both of them if they have better ideas.
