Thats interesting! I need to improve my eating, as I am losing between a half pound to two pounds a day. How the heck did I get this fouled up in my thinking about food? My skin rages anytime I eat certain things....some more than others. Chicken sent me off into a major flair up on Sunday and I am still not anywhere back to normal. I am trying to keep hydrated and while I keep drinking mineral water continuously, Im not staying hydrated.
