Brief Answer:
antihistamines + mucolytics combination drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having chronic allergic rhino sinusitis. Temperature is almost normal. Does not suggest any infections.
It can be treated with antihistamines + mucolytics combination drugs twice daily for 3 to 6 weeks.
The bitter taste in mouth is because of chronic sinus drainage post nasally.
Do steam inhalation daily. Saline doughing is advised . If symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get evaluated. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
