                                    Brief Answer:
Premature menopause
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cessation of periods for 10 months and high FSH levels indicate that you have undergone premature menopause.
In this condition, the periods cannot occur naturally.
If you want to continue with periods, then you can take hormone replacement therapy after prescription from an OBGYN specialist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
