You may take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for a few days.
Topically you may use an soothing cream or lotion e.g calamine lotion.

Yes, your symptoms are suggestive of an allergic reaction. I suggest you to take cetrizine as discussed earlier. Most likely they would subside.
