Question: For the last several days I have had a horrible smell of ammonia in my nose (when I start smelling it causes anxiety which makes it even worse) what is this?
More symptoms: headaches, tingling in mouth, sores on tongue, scalloped edges on my tongue

Your symptoms need further evaluation as we need to exclude a brain disease affecting th olfactory system (concerned with smell).

MRI of brain would be useful in your case.

In addition, we also need to check the level of vitamin B12 so as to exclude a vitamin B 12 deficiency.
