Question : Pimple in my penis ball. See attached image. Is it any serious problems ?

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be epidermoid cyst.
It is a simple benign cyst of the skin, nothing to worry about.
It can be left as such.

You can get it excised surgically.
