Brief Answer:
Needs MRI and eeg

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible BPPV. It's called benign positional vertigo. here vertigo happens on sudden change of position or posture. I would suggest to continue vertin 16 mg thrice a day. with that I suggest Brant Daroff exercise.

I hope that you have been examined by a neurologist. An MRI BRAIN should ideally be done as well.

As for seizures, you are not on any medicine for that. I suggest EEG for the same.
If needed, medicines can be started as well.

I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
