What Causes An Internal Itch At Lower Abdomen?
Question: I have an internal itch and sometimes it pulses with heart beat - looking at maps of internal organs it feels like it may be at the bottom curve of the large bowl - my front left hand side lower. It seems to be getting worse. I have had this for some time on and off, say 6 months.

1. No it's internal not external
2. Yes especially in the morning
3. I get up 2 or 3 times through the night to urinate
4. No rash or discharge
5. Appetite is ok but I frequently get bloated and feel very uncomfortable.

Going by description of symptoms its unlikely to be due to any significant cause. Worm infestation and underlying loaded colon can sometimes produce such vague symptoms of internal itching.
I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure good intake of water
2. High fibre diet
3. Routine deworming
If the symptoms persists then do consult Physician for further clinical examination and assessment.
